Once a timber pest inspection is completed, the pest inspector will provide a written pest report and recommend an appropriate course of action should timber pests be present.

Special Purpose Inspections

Builders Settlement/Handover Inspections

A thorough inspection and written report on a new build ensuring the builder has completed all required works to the required standard.

Dilapidation Inspections

(POA)

Dilapidation reports are carried out when property owners are concerned about the effects of a nearby construction on their home. They are usually carried out over two visits, the first visit assesses existing condition prior to construction commencing, and the second reassesses any post/new damage to the home once construction is complete.
